Hi Vasco, Maureen, Robert, Moses, Majid and others

Thank you for the commends and observations. May be this is the time for us to
come up with concrete and realistic ground rules to help resolve such apparent
misunderstandings in the discussions. Otherwise we risk being carried away from
the real issues and make people lose interest in the forum. I share your
concerns.

Maureen, you and others had made some suggestions, can we concretise those
suggestions and ask members to consider them with any possible additions,
subtractions, multiplicationa and divisions.

I wouldn't like any one to feel upset or scared by these kinds of discussions
aimed at getting the best out of each person for our common good.

In the formation of any team there are stages one must expect tom pass through.
We are at the storming stage soon to reach a norming stage where things will be
more calm and people would have known one another's temperaments, abilities and
potentials for constructive engagement for the good of all. Every one in this
forum is as important as the other and the moment that is realised we will
start respecting each others concerns. It is a question of time. Let's not be
in too much hurry to draw conclusions. Let's develop large hearts to
accommodate every one. Let the converations continue. I usualy like to say that
life is a school, the more you live, the more you learn. Each day i have spent
on this forum has made me learn some thing.

I thank you all and pray that we genuinely join the moderator in finding the
best way to proceed with our discussions. The solution is with each one of us
and all of us.

God bless.

Sam Andema

Sam Andema and Robert Ocatre

You have revisited the same issue Margaret and George (I think) wrote about
some of these articles posted on the forum sometime back. I commented on this
same issue, and the fact of the matter is that, while we truly encourage
participation of all who truly have interest in West Nile, we should be mindful
of what we post on the forum. Indeed some of the articles, just like the
one Sam and Robert have commented about are very irrelevant to the discussions,
especially when the same article gets posted many times. Many people are and
have complained of flooding of their e-mail boxes. Such irrelevant and
repetitive articles just flood people's e-mail boxes and there needs to be some
consideration of the people who submit such articles. Perhaps they can help us
to explain the purpose and context of such postings. As sam suggested, a quick
summary of, and the  intent of the information in the article would perhaps be
of more benefit to the people who
spare their time to read articles posted in the forum.

Thanks,
