Dear Colleagues Makerere Arua Students Union is organising a joint graduation party in Arua on Sat 30/01/2009. This brings together all graduates of the week hailing from Arua. The function will be used to promote the cause of ecucation in the region. The MASU leadership therefore requests the participation and involvement of all intellectuals from West Nile (see details below). They have prepared a modest budget (attached) largely funded by the graduates, but with our support this could be boosted into an event to shed light on the worsening academic performance in the region and the need for major efforts by all to address the challenges.
