Dear brothers and sisters,

I commend Eng. Ejedra for taking iniative and leadership for proposing
Technical Reference Group (TRG) to immplement the resolutions of the
Workshop.

Leadership requires action, taking initiative, risks, build consesus around
issues, effective communication skills and accepting defeat when it comes.
We should continue to challenge and inspire ourselves to do better than in
the past.

We have many full time or part time professors teaching in nvarious
instituitions plus other highly skilled sons & daughters in Uganda and
around the world. It would be nice to see a new team forming under Eng.
Ajedra's leadership to take on the University issue.

The fact of the matter is; if we do not act, do nothing about the Public
University, continue with passive approach to solving problems, wait for
someone to do things for us, NOTHING WILL BE DONE.

Who do we blame? Nyagak Hydro Project should serve as a typical case study
where we have failed to influence positive success factors, rather embraced
or allowed conditions that lead to failure.
HOW LONG SHALL WE CONTINUE THIS ROAD?

Cheers

Avudria
