Public University in West Nile

Dear Caleb,
If you and other WNF executive could mobilize people to have a thorough
discussion abou the public univerisity would be excellent.

We are all key stake holders who have vested interest in the sucess of the
university. Gathering opinion from a cross section of the communities in
West Nile region is an excellent method for reaching a consesus.

Dr. Ajedra has volunteered to fecilitate the workshop. I think it is very
important that we unite efforts to support him in this endeavor.
