Dear Caleb, Thank God Drici got bail. I personally know him and know his trust worthiness compared to an average Ugandan. However, my Bros and Sisters, the issue of Drici is just an eye opener because it appeared in the media, but many of our bro officers especially in the police force are tricked and blackmailed by the fellow police staff in the same manner (remember the DPC of Apac story, it has happened with OC CID of Old Kla who hails from Adjumani which has not appeared in the media).
Let us open our eyes and help our bros. We need each other to develop West Nile and formal employment is a source of livelihood for these bros who are being maliced by fellow colleagues. Bravo Caleb.
