While Jadribo Victor has made a very good observation, all of us share the
responsibility to make WNF to sucdeed or fail. WNF is a long way from
growing into a succesful organization.

The executive of WNF cannot make the foundation succeed without a lot of
help from the members. What I have observed is that whenever members are
asked for input, advice, suggestions, recommendations, very few people ever
suggest anything. Most people keep quiet.

I believe by participating effectively in the discussions, we make WNF
function the way we would all like to see. If we leave the affairs of the
foundation in the hands a few, it will appear like an exclusive club,
which does not look good.
