Dear friends,

Thanks for discussion and concerns raised by Victor and Cadribo. I would
like to note a few points.

a) The president of WNF send out two Draft Documents. So far, we received
one commend from one member. Draft docs lay the foundation for constructive
build up. We would appreciate feed back from members whether they like those
ideas or not. Any suggestions or recommendations would be appreciated. At
the end of the process, everyone who has a contribution should feel included
in the decision making process since physical meetings are not practical in
most cases.

b) The current executive members of WNF cannot make it successful without
the help of others. Therefore, suffice it to say, when we ask members of
this group to commend on issues, please squeeze time. Even if you have
nothing to say, approval shows that we are on the same page.

c) Silence is a killer. Whenever we ask for a feedback from people(members),
kindly response. I have seen a pattern where when members are asked for
commends, NO ONE GIVES Feedback. Communication is bidirectional, from WNF
executive>>>>Members and Members>>> executive.

d) Above all we are volunteers at this point. If we truly want change in our
region as we all yearn for, participation from members in contributing ideas
cannot be over emphasized. Success of WNF depend on us all. Executives
cannot and should not be expected to do it alone.

e) Small groups that deliver specific goals should not be seen as a threat.
Let's use lessons learned as an example to improve the big picture of WNF. I
am optmistic that if we can stick together as a team, we can achieve better
and higher goals than individualism or divisinism.
