Thanks a lot for the efforts you have put in working voluntarily for both WNF
and our citizens. May the almighty rewards you more. I would like to know if
the constitution will be posted to some of us diaspora or what subscription you
are talking about. Please clarify that.

Subject: [WestNileNet] Membership of WNF
The Constitution of WNF is out. There are eight bound copies. Provision has
been made for members in Uganda to subscribe by righting their names, contact
addresses and appending their signatures. Our Brothers in the diaspora will
post instructions to the President to write their names and those instructions
shall be be kept with the secretariat which for the time being is being run in
the office of the President.
A members register will also be opened for those who will subscribe later. The
Exercise begins at Jose's place at Nalya, on Friday this week. Then we shall be
at the entrance of Palui during the West Nile night. On Monday the books will
be in Mbarara and by Wednesday in Arua. After this exercise. We shall register
the Association with Uganda's Ministry of Justice and Constitutional Affairs.
