Mr. President Alaka,

Please fill me in, how far have we gone with the process of formally
registering WNF as a legal entity? I believe that unless constituted legally
(to act as a pressure group among others), all attempts at reprimanding the
concerned authorities may come to naught, not to mention that our otherwise
noble concerns will be like "Candles in the wind".
