Peter,

I agree with you. West Nile police spokesperson, Philip Mukasa the Police 
spokesman for West Nile region held a press conference in Arua this morning and 
addressed the same issue. According to police, Arua was the next target after 
Kampala. Details of the threat on Arua is in The New Vision of Wednesday that 
comes out this evening - for Kampala readers. We all need to be alert and stay 
safe.
