Late Brigadier Barnabas Kili

Just incase you did not check Ugandan papers, a profile of the late and
obituary notice was posted in New Vision, under North. You may want to check
this out.

On the positive note, Brig Kili was one of those army officers from West
Nile region who lived an honorable life. At 91 years old, he lived a quiete
peaceful life style which most people will adore.

May God rest his soul in peace.
