Civic action in courts or Public litigation or Class Action Suits as it is referred to in North America takes place all the time. In fact we discussed the possibility with one learned member of WNNet of taking such an action on behalf of the people of West Nile for the havoc metted on the region which continues unabatted unto this day by a ceratin unnamed entity! Actually, several entities do qualify for class action suits in WN!
Several months ago, members listed very quickly a list of all Phd holders from West Nile. Perhaps what we need NOW is a list of ALL the Practicing lawyers (including their law firms)and Non-Practicing Lawyers from the region. We hope that these lawyers will help us launch class action suits on behalf of the people of west nile.
