Dear Sam,
I think you are right. Can MOSA host him the day he is back? He could be
welcomed from airport by MOSA members who will be free that time and a dinner
organized for him before he heads to Arua. They will come back on 4th August
and
I could find out details of their arrival. Muzamil was still the best among the
Ugandans and he has been held high much as they dropped on the way.

Yes Bongo is one of the few who have benefited from OSI in our region and their
group has now grown. He applied for a grant and was given and that is how he
started. Now he is an international debate trainer, he also got sponsord for
masters through this. Many times the advertisement for proposals is put and our
young people do not apply. Last year they had hoped to give a grant to atleast
one youth group in Arua, I circulted  this to people ontop of the newspaper
advert but nobody applied. Yet our youth keep complaining of lack of jobs etc.

Thanks

Christine

Hello Christine,

Thanks alot for the info and update. I think Muzamil deserves a special invite
and dinner to congratulate him for reaching that far. Although dismally a small
success within the competition, the pride of featuring in such an international
competition should not be overlooked.
