Ejiku,
The Baganda are craving for federo, have they ever got it. No. why? because
they think they need it to be united. For us we think in terms of West Nile,
Why? because we liberated ourselves from the vestiges of kasamvusim. Andua is
right when he talks about division-ism, VAM, mention it. Remember when Terego
was returned to Arua, I do not know whether it got married some where and it
was being returned to its wife or husband, Councilors in Arua opposed this and
claimed people from Terego are not welcome to Arua because they are arrogant,
e.t.c. You know why, these people are not enlightened. People from the
districts in West Nile who are behind division-ism and hatred are simply
primitive. Lets not follow them. For us, lets think in terms of our
commonality. We hail from West Nile which is over 600 Kms from Kampala, we eat
"Enyasa", "anyu," "idrika", we lack electricity, our students in all our
schools compete poorly in National Exams. Our people are very
poor, we were all exiled at one point in time, we are a happy people despite
the historical deprivations, we are religious and above all we are aspiring to
transform our region. Let those in the districts who think that they only want
Kakwas to work in Koboko, Aringas to work in Yumbe, VAM in Arua and the
Maracha's to Work in Maracha District remain in their drunken stupor and
slumber, they will wake up after 1000 years and find Ejiku from Maracha
District, ( formerly of Maracha-Terego District, also formerly of Arua District
which initially was a district comprising of Vura, Madi, Ayivu, Terego,
Maracha, Yumbe, and Koboko which now comprises of few counties ) is not only a
retired president of Bushenyi Rotary Club but also the big man in Igara Tea
Estates in Bushenyi whose worth is bigger than the miserable LGDP fund given to
Arua, Maracha, Koboko, Yumbe, Districts.
