Dear Friends and Colleagues, It was with deep sorrow i got to learn about the demise of our comrades from West Nile. It is a time when we should not be loosing such a big number of our scarce human resource, especially as West Nile. My condolences to the grieving families and friends. May the Lord comfort all at a time like this.
I would like to commend the efforts of the West Nile Foundation. Let this sad event not dampen our spirits for the development of West Nile and our country Uganda but rather open our eyes to some unique aspects of our challenges and strengthen our resolve to address these challenges in all aspects.
