I wish to convey my earnest gratitude to the Muslim community for the
sacrifice,
love and humility they've exhibited during Ramadan, which marks the end of the
holy month of fasting. May this day be dedicated to pray for our country so
entangled in corruption, rigging, and sectarianism? As you celebrate this day,
may our hearts converge in prayer for peaceful elections in 2011. Happy this
Eid
ul-Fitr festival!
