Dear Caleb, This is a great development. I would be interested in knowing what the allegations are on the company; what damages are being claimed; consultations with relevant stakeholders; how many farmers have signed on etc. If supposing the suit is succesful, what do farmers expect to get out of it and which ones?
I think that the tobacco issue is very complicated and it required a lot of research, consultations of the affected parties ect. I know the issue is delicate and can't be discussed on a public network like this but would appreciate receiving a response to my private email.
