*Foreign Business & Transections*

Dear friends brothers and sisters,

There was a post by Banduga Ismail regarding some West Nilers arrested in
China on drug charges. "what can we do for these people"

First of all, we should encourage and educate people who want do business
to engage in legitimate business and acquire all necessary licenses. If some
individuals decide to invlove themsleves in criminal activities overseas,
how do we expect this community to help them, where do we start? Do we
really want to condone or promote criminal activities? I think this issue
is beyond the scope and purpose of WNF. Who does not understand drug
trafficking is a violation of International Law? The sentence ranges
from 14-15 years depending on the country. People who want to apply "*Get
Rich Quick Idealogy*" should be held responsible for their own weakness.
Criminal activity is unacceptable, should not be tolerated on this forum,
period.

It's very important that people who want to do International Business must
undersnad the laws and regulations in the foreign countries where they want
to operate.

I rest my case.
