Dear Afema,
Thank you for your blind folded response, but I should like to let you know
that if all West Nilers behave and and deal with things you see none of us
would have wasted time exchanging ideas as you can see. I don't think you want
see development in Arua or west Nile. Let tell you a little bit about Arua I do
not know if you are Arua or like some who has runaway from Arua and has no
Contribution in the development of Arua or West Nile. Arua has remain stagnant
in terms of development. Arua hospital has very little changes environment is
never conducive and the area it self is too squeezed. Take for example if all
department are within that small space of the hospital how effective can
services be offered. All we know is argument and creating abusive languages
with out observing what to do. We have politician who has limited education and
they are to satisfy or put there for the interest of NRM instead of being
closer and guide them on what to do, unfortunately we are rhetorical and
vocally abusing them. For example the problem of return of 17 billion shillings
if we were to use wisdom of education share ideas with these politicians, take
them around the hospital environment and other sensitive areas. After all this
wise ways of handling them the billions of shillings should have been retained.
I am quite sure if proposals we given to these politicians for the funds to be
used to maintain Arua hospital they should released some part of it and now the
problem of electricity who wants to stay in darkness again if the same method
was used the funds would have released. Unfortunately we are all fighting for
our stomachs. I dearly respected our old people like Ali Zabiri, Nusur Okuti,
Ochanda,Umbia, former UPC MP Lobida, Conl. Ozo and several others these were
the people who worked tirelessly to build Arua and those who saw Idi Amin with
compound eyes. Even though he was uneducated he has contributed in developing
Arua. For example schools like St Charles Lwanga, St. Joseph's College Ombaci
good performance both in class and sports. Not that alone even promotion of
schools like Ombatin, Arua Public Secondary school we may see them as minor
minor things but still has created meaningful and forgotten development and
history. May almighty keep their souls in eternal peace even though we lost
them still we remember their wisdom. And for those who are still struggling
with life may the almighty guide and give them more strength. I should call
them as heroes of West Nile. I'm so sorry for waste my time putting all this
information for a person like you.

Best wishes,
Arike

Thx Denis for the great front leap forward.....we need to continue to have
impact on the world we live..WestNilers must think of creating the critical
mass i.e the numbers to attain this. The Multiplier effects are obvious....We
need to encourage all Westnilers to make such " HUGE STATEMENTS"

Every one is hitting it big...e.g Chinese, Indians, Europeans, WestAfricans,
Americans...why not us. We need unique skills to get us Identified.....Ombaci
slogan says it all " FIRST AMONGST EQUALS".

Arike,

Every body I believe understand the context in which whatever you are
commenting on is said and sad that you can't even think before you express your
self. What a Shame and please keep quiet if the discussion is beyond your
understanding. what testimonies do you want us to put forth to encourage our
young generation. We are all proud of fellow westniler and that is the reason
all is being said about him by various individuals.

Afema

Dear WNF,
I do not think this is some thing need to argued on an organization on the web
sit. If we all know he is a West Nile and so what to talk about being A vura,
Terego and so on. I think we need to be matured enough on what need to present
or discussed in such a huge forum. It looks child's discussion or argument such
un useful things rather than forgetting touching and progressive matters again
meaningless ideation. But if I hurt someone's feeling the I will be sorry for
that. But the bottom line is we have better things to foresee. If he is a
Terego, Ayivu or Vura and so what. If its true he a men from West Nile well
that's fine as long as he is an African.
Best wishes,
Arike

Gilia, Maracha's are saying Deni is their own, while Terego's are
efuting that claiming that Deni is their own. Ayivu's claim he grew
p and studied in Mvara so he is their own. Nubians claim he speaks
heir language so he is one of them same with Congolese who think
enni and DMO are their own because of the way they spit Lingala,
akwas and Vuras are in arms while Madis and Alurs have overruled
very body.. Deni is a true West Niler.. I saw one thousand comments
osted on face book.. Deni we are proud of you and the other unsung
eros
