Ruffino, Thanks for taking lead on this and I am happy of your suggestion of having coherent discussions on this forum.I would suggest that you start moderating this first discussion, I am away and at the moment I have some things tying me up, I would be happy to do so in the next discussions. I also encourage many volunteers to take up lead in moderating since our official work puts pressure on us at different times.
