Hullo Everyone,

You never go fishing without a bait or one looking like a bait. Can't we see
that Nyagak is a perfect bait.

For as long as our political affairs remain the way they are, whoever becomes a
leader will always need a bait of some sort to 'fish' votes.

The amount of resources required to finish off Nyagak after all the red tape is
done is nothing to government if the will is there. Now surely do we think it
requires the levels of acrimony on this net? In my humble opinion I dare say
NO!!!

All our demands in westnile will be given in appropriate doses lest you suffer
over dosage. First the road, then generator, then Nyagak, maybe the airport,
then more roads or repair as the Chinese section in Nebbi is already looking
like the 'best' streets(those with a minimum of 200 potholes per km) in
Kampala,......etc.

We might therefore be expecting too much from our politicians when all they can
do is remind our providers of the next dose. You only provide everything where
you are sure of the people. But perhaps we need to examine ourselves as to our
trustworthiness. It seems we are not trusted and therefore a deep seated belief
that we can change anytime.

Once we are able to see things as they are, then we can plan better.

We must admit that Westnile has had its fair share of high ranking officials
but our most urgent priorities have not been achieved thus far. But elsewhere
in this country previously minor priorities are now being attained. A dollar a
day poverty levels have now been left for us and jigger infested Busoga and
others.

Let's not wear down people like Dr Ajedra with too much lest they become
'enemies' of the people when our anticipated demands are not met even10 yrs
from today. I'm sure somehow it won't be his or their fault.

Therefore my opinion is that we shall get everything we need once we can be
trusted or better still after a long time. The sooner we start doing certain
things for ourselves like this forum has been discussing over the last few
weeks, the sooner we shall achieve our agenda.

This is my humble opinion.
