Kiggs, What you are saying is sensible and I did suggest on these pages a few weeks ago that people should be properly profiled and if the worst comes to the worst a committee should vet them.
It is also possible for a certain number of people to confirm that the member being suggested is indeed who he/she says he/she is. That way we might endanger you less and keep that 'public' out.
