Dear Fr. Ruffino,

Hope you are doing great in the US. The way you have reported disney, its the
place for all to visit.

Anyway back to our current discussions on the net.

Good that you could express yourself clearly on the matters of putting things
into action by WNF.

I would say both yes and no in response. Yes bse a number of the ideas you
allude to have already been put into action and there has been progress.

No bse we seem to forget the recent origins of WNF which tried to take
advantage of a more organized social network of friends and family already
working together on largely social issues. As it turned out fun on the net
became ideas and demand for action. The natural choice was to take advantage of
these groupings and get 'leaders' from there which was the mistake. No one took
these good ideas of development to ACA or any other of our already existing
associations. These were people who were already busy in their vocations and
only found Palui more relaxing and suitable. For arguments sake try organizing
Palui on a sunday night or at midday on tuesday and see how many of of these
'leaders' would be there. Bse we have opportunity to communicate means nothing
until you attend Palui. I bet some of the people you last met 20 yrs would
surface.

Clearly there is increasing discomfort with the pace of activities of the
foundation. The most prudent thing would be to organize a meeting of the
members (if any) and we elect new leadership with individual commitment from
those elected to put in time albeit as volunteers to steer WNF forward.

That way we can get the desired results. Most of those in so called leadership
positions are actually difficult to hold accountable because they are
responding to a consensus call that never gets administrators.

I was told I was part of leadership and actually introduced as so but I never
remember a process or consent on my part. Could we move towards that process
now and use interim but largely illigitimate leadership to call members of the
net to agree on proper leadership not only on the net but on the ground. I have
a few names in mind but we need that sitting. Many things could actually be
resolved then.

If Sam can use the 19th Dec opportunity to make this part of the adult
discussions as our children jump around, it would be nice.

I hope these and other useful suggestions can help us resolve these problems
once and for all unless dictated by circumstances beyond our control.

Thank you and best regards,

Ejiku
