Dear Milton,

There was an earlier problem with yahoo and people with yahoo email addresses 
were not getting mail
We have sorted it out for now.
That may be the problem why it is intermittent.

As this is the second time we have had a problem with yahoo, I am encouraging 
those who can to change to gmail (at least for westnilenet mail)
