Dear all, We have our own media colleagues, i propose this very critical issues
should be exposed on the national media (News papers) NEW VISION,MONITOR AND
PIRIPIRI as we continue with this constructive discussion. Remember the Israel
quarters in anyafio was grabbed from Arua District  some 2 years ago for no
single payment by 'orders from ABOVE' and Abiriga (RDC) was a key pillar in
ochestrating the grab agenda by saying it was for 'classified' reasons.

Dear  friends,
our role as professionals is to steer clear development strategy and influence
such ridiculous policies. " Directive from above"
As the urban population continues to grow,  all stakeholders must be involved
through public forums in any project that benefits them.   I think we have to
lobby the municipal councils  and look at the  blue print of  development plans
that make sense.

The kind of development in Kampala where some homes have no access roads must
be
avoided at any cost.
