Dear Vasco,

The article you have appended is great and insightful. If we had eyes to
see; minds to interpret, assess and assimilate then we would correlate
issues affecting our own region particularly with regard to our being
suffocated of lack of infrastructure (e.g., electricity, roads, hospitals)
and the recent phenomenon of land-grabing (e.g., Barifa, along Nile Basin).
These would all generate questions in our minds to see our relevance in the
greater Ugandan society. In an extreme case, one would ask, if colonial
intrigue is considered, are we still part of Uganda? Anyhow, we have to
remain cool. Everything has its time. We shall overcome.
