Bravo, Caleb.

Carry on with the court case about Barifa land. I see development taking shape
very fast in Arua and other West Nile Districts. I believe many WestNilers are
becoming rich and would like to enjoy their money and gift of life. Every body
needs recreation, anyway! It is one of the basic needs. Barifa offers the best
location for a recreational and educational facility such as a Zoo or botanical
garden for the population. Remember, the natural forest cover and beauty
elsewhere around Arua is gone, especially in Maracha, Terego and other areas.
It is very absurd, at this point in time when the whole world is crying about
global climate change, to clear the only forest that modifies the temperature
for the dwellers of Arua, the Capital City of WestNile.

Brother Alaka, I am behind you. Carry on!!!!!!
