This is a very sad news indeed. I was told of his condition yesterday by one of his former students. I am just devastated. Fr. Egima is one of the most humble priests I have known. I enjoyed working with him when I was in the Diocesan Youth Office, and he the Animator for YCS in Pokea. Rather than take heartbreak from his death, I thank God for his rich life and that I was able to profit from it as well. May the Almighty God rest his soul in eternal Peace. Too bad that I can't attend his burial, but I certainly will be there in Spirit.
