Dear Westnilenetters: It is with great sorrow that we announce the untimely death of Mr. Johnson Modesto Ombiga, a Westnilenet member, an elder in the West Nile and Ugandan Community in Ottawa and Canada at large. Mr. Ombiga passed away on Monday, January 24, 2011 after a brief illness. The late Mr. Ombiga hails from Nyamudi Village in LUDARA PARISH, KOBOKO DISTRICT. Please pass on the message to the many relatives and friends of the late Mr. Ombiga within Uganda.
