Okuti, I hope you are not getting discouraged. Many of us have already given the green light and I hope you will be there to take us through whether we are two or three. Most successful businesses the world over started as small concepts which kept of being developed and I think ours is such a concept and we are lucky that it is not completely new; we have a lot to pick from and learn from. First of all this is a business venture, it is also voluntary if you decide to contribute you become part of it, if you decide otherwise you stay out of it, this is how things evolve everywhere. New ideas being transformed into actions should usually not be subjected to too much red tape, why because that is how they are killed! Even large corporate entities usually start with an entrepreneur at the top and he/she makes decisions very fast with instinct and limited consultations. Later if growth is attained then such entities are usually handed over to experienced leaders/managers that will now strengthen structures, systems and procedures to such a level that the system runs the firm or commercial entity. The reason I have accepted to take some of my precious time and help this cause is because I have some entrepreneurship experience, coupled with knowledge on investment clubs and how they operate, I have read the common by-laws and know exactly what has to be done. Now after we set this up with my FREE help, we can get back together and set up a recruited management team. I hope this makes some more issues clearer. So let’s not shoot down an idea trying to materialize into something. Lastly if new ideas continue to be born out of our interactions they should be grown into something.
