Anguyo Francis Leni, Thank you for coming back on this and indeed I must appreciate your support to the cause of WNF and its projects. It was only to say that we move on as technicalities get sorted along the way including learning lessons from past initiatives like the ones mentioned. The TOR in no way was mentioned as replacement for constitution and other guidelines; in a way through the TOR we would expect issues of constitutionality to come up as one of the key items for the WNFIC to deal with either through their own efforts or engaging a consultant on that.
The TOR would only spell the scope of work and therefore the outputs and outcomes expected from the WNFIC. All in all it was nice and good for our ears to announce that in the Science Cafe the Birth of West Nile Foundation Investment Club was floated. In my personal capacity I didn't see your concerns as derailing or negative but positive. Ciao Francis.
