Dear Christine (and Colleagues) Thank you for the concise update on the discussion on this very useful topic. The participation, openness and focus exhibited is indeed inspiring. And the presence and commitment of the leaders (MPs elect) and elders adds credence to this forum of increasing importance. Hopefully now that the elections are concluded the MPs will get to be more available to provide active leadership in these development initiatives.
Relatedly I just saw letter on a story regarding a senior who has been affected by alcoholism at http://www.sundayvision.co.ug/detail.php?mainNewsCategoryId=7&newsCategoryId=131&newsId=747651. Unfortunately I missed the main story and am still searching, but such stories could be told of many in our community. And hopefully we can have the same or even better level of seriousness at the next discussion.
