Hi Caleb, Good you have reminded us by giving us this information, which though I presume many of the westnilenet visitors and I are well aware of.
I think the major concern is that the Secretariat and the cited documents defining the status of West Nile Foundation (or is it Forum) were circulated on line (I beg to be pardoned and stand to be corrected if you already went beyond the online publication or circulation)without legally binding adoption by the members. With the concerns rife, I think let the Interim Secretariat go one step ahead to call a 'general' meeting where we can adopt the leadership, documents and some hitherto online resolutions, which then can be legally entertained. We have had time for meetings like the Science Cafe and I belive aspiring WNF members can spare one hour for this meeting. The faster this was done the better for all of us to move and act in unison in the businesses of WNF. Probably this has been the snag behind the failure of aspiring members not subscribing to the WNF. I propose you discuss the above proposed strategy on the sidelines of the Thanks-Giving prayers at Mr. James Nyakuni's residence in Munyonyo on Saturday 5th March 2011. Hopefully the Interim Secretariat of WNF will be present and willing to do that. Thank you.
