Travel Grant for Women Working or Studying Computer Science to attend 2011 ACSEAC http://www.acseac.org/ The goal of the 2011 African Conference on Software Engineering & Applied Computing (ACSEAC) is to bring together both African and international researchers in the field of ICT to share ideas, problems and solutions in Software Engineering and Applied Computing, and specifically with regard to the use of new and emerging technologies to address socio-economic challenges. Thus, creating an opportunity both for academics and practitioners from industry to discuss recent progress in this area. As part of Google's ongoing commitment to encouraging women to excel in computing and technology, organisers are pleased to announce the ACSEAC Conference Grant to encourage more female computer scientists to attend and participate in the ACSEAC conference, 19-23 September 2011, Cape Town, South Africa. We encourage all female computer scientists interested to apply.
