Poor performance in schools in West Nile region We have discussed for the lat two years with NO Actionable plans. Some of the problems in schools are so simple that we do not need anyone to tell us what to do. 1) Do we really need anyone to come and motivate students in our schools? 2) Are teachers in our region doing their fair share on job performance? 3) do today's parents care about education as much as they did in 70s, 80s, 90s, etc? 4) Some structural problems like lack of classrooms and overcrowding, lack of libraries, books, laboratories, school supplies, etc require action from our MPs to collaborate with various departments to ensure we are getting resources schools need 5) Education authorities in the districts need to step up efforts on supervising schools. If school administrators and teachers are not held accountable for poor performance, we will continue to get this type of terrible performance
