Dear comrades,

we have spend two years writing on the internet, debating sometimes
endlessly with no conclusive action plans. if we continue doing thngs in
this way, we are simply spining the wheel in circles. Buddies this is 21st
Cenntury. We have to learn to work together as a team or else ???

Let us be practical and pramgmatic in solving some of the problems staring
at us right in our face. e.g. poor performce in schools, poor healthcare
deilvery, dry hospitals with no medications, etc, etc. Start from simplest
problems going to the most complex.

Number one, let's form effective commitees on the ground to look at some of
these problems.
Lets bring the heads of departments in our region together and HMs on the
board to look at these challenges. They are managers dealing with these
problems day in, day out.

When people volunteer to lead, do it with one heart and mind. Sometimes we
promise to volunteer but never deliver, this way of doing things is suicidal
for the welfare of this community.

If we can only sacrifice 1-2 hrs in a month to help address some of these
 issues x 400 members = approx 400 - 800 volunteer hours. We can accomplish
so much if each one of us can just sacrifice a little of their time. This
is not asking too much. I know we all have to struggle to survive.

Talking without concrete solutions will not do us any good or favour.
