Hi Charles Thanks for your e mail. This was when I was still in Uganda but I later relocated from there. We have some members of the WNF who have been attending meetings for the University of on our behalf. If i remember well, it was Eng Okuni Patrick who was our link for the University issue but due to work he is also out of Uganda. May be he could give us an update after consulting the right people.
