Dear members, Reading in the business section of this Monday's Newvision, I couldn't help but think how unlucky we are! Just imagine, this small dam-the size of Nyagak (see link below) started to be built in 2008 but its work is complete meanwhile Nyagak has already taken more than 16 years without being operational!
