Fellow Country men and women, please lend me a hand.
I have been invited to present a paper at the Women's Worlds 2011 conference
which will take place here in Ottawa in early July.
The title of my paper will be: "The Situation of women in Uganda 49 Years
After Independence."
I would be very grateful if you could share with me your opinion/perspective
on the following questions:
*1.** **How has the situation of women changed in Uganda in the last 49
years since independence (politically, economically and socially)? *
*2.** **To what do you attribute the changes? *
*3.** **What challenges do you think remain in terms of women achieving
equal political, economical and social empowerment? *
* *
 Rest assured that no names will be mentioned.
Should you wish to receive a copy of my paper, I will be very happy to share
it with you.
 For information on the conference please consult this website: *

Your cooperation is very much appreciated.

Thank you kindly,

Kabahenda
