Dear brothers and sisters,

We all started well with this idea of West Nile Foundation. Its seems
getting organized on the ground to formalize the ogarnization is even
getting tougher.

I would strongly encourage the acting executive on the ground to try to
build a team and consesus around the idea of getting together and approve
the documents. Let us keep up the enthusiasm moving forward. We have so
much talent here among us and put this talent to use. The worst mistake will
be to kill the the public support and high expection they have for this
initiative.

As Professionals, if we start something and drop it like a hot cake, this
will reflect badly on us all. How can we blame people managing
different departments in the region for doing nothing or too little if we
behave the same way?
