MAYTSA

Dear folks of Makerere,

In 2010, the former chairman laid a foundation for Career couching &
Tutoring during holidays. He had started an elaborate and modest budget for
this program, a list of schools they will visit, etc.

The most recent fund raising alert that was send out amonth ago did not
have any details at all. I would recommend and suggest that for fund
raising purpose, a budget should accompany the effort so that it is
appealing to donors who are willing to help.

If I recall, Tabu Lambert followed this guidance and was able to raise funds
for their term activities in 2010 effectively.

For the sake of financial accountability, people who are trying to raise
funds for worth while causes should post a budget as well so that well
wishers can justify donating their pennies.
