Thanks for this input,

It seems the team is quite constrained and everyone is volunteering what
they can, however if someone could make a quick offer to print the cards, we
could distribute them. I also have the challenge of only being able to go
back to the meeting with feedback on Sunday.

I however have forms that I think we can photocopy and distribute each of
them can be filled by up to 30 people. All viable methods should be
exploited.

Regards

Richard

Richard,

I suggest the committee prints 'pledge cards' and gives these to willing
community members and well-wishers to broaden/strengthen the fund-raising
effort. Am waiting to pick 20 pledge cards.

Thanks,

Titus Alicai

Subject: [WestNileNet] Arua Diocese Hosting Uganda Martyrs Day at Namugongo
this June

Dear all,

Greetings to all you gallant people of West Nile together with friends,
relatives, in laws and stakeholders of all kinds. You may all be aware that
the Christians celebrate Martyrs day every June 3rd at Namugongo shrine and
this year the West Nile Community is hosting this special event for all
Christians around the world.

The day has grown in leaps and bounds and has even become a tourist
attraction in addition to the main cause of prayer, our ability to host it
well is very important and requires a lot of technical and financial
support, I therefore appeal on behalf of the committee (I am a member of the
information and publicity committee), that the West Nile Community online
supports this initiative in all ways possible, your contributions are
welcome in all ways and types. Let's make West Nile shine, let's make the
day colourful

I therefore invite all able and willing to contribute anything they can
afford, your contribution will be recorded and shared with the National
Organising committee that sits every Sunday at Christ the King Parish -
Kampala.

I undertake to receive your contributions through the following
methods/places

1. My phone number 0772725252 (If you decide to use this method I will
fill in the form with your names)

2. Jose's place in Nalya leave the funds there and sign the collection
form

3. Money transfer

4. If you prefer other means you can bring your contributions directly
to the meeting at Christ the King

5. The WNF may also decide to collect all contributions and submit as
WNF

Let me know what is acceptable to the team, otherwise all contributions are
welcome.

Kind regards

Richard
