Please encourage the youth specifically to come and attend. Discussions will
tackle both health and economic effects of substance abuse.
We understand the hardships our people are going through that might have driven
them to substance abuse and growing of marungi and marajuana but because its
long term effects are so detrimental to our population, we need to let them
understand what the implications are so that they take informed decisions about
what they are doing. Alcohol was higlighted as an issue in the previous
discussions, so it will be good to look at the bigger picture.
