Fr. Ruffino, this is hilarious! But in Uganda, people have built crocodile skin, they would just say this woman is mentally sick and they could take her to Butabika hospital. In countries where dignity matters, it certainly speaks volumes. Dignity is never an issue in our country. For example they will eat global fund money, leave people to die and come to ask you where were you when we were fighting, or you get them as your lawyer and they ask money from your opponent to damp you in prison. And yes! we know them!!!!
