Community to a local dishes dinner, music and dance. Possibly fashion

Smiles Refreshment Centre is an initiative of the Lugbara community of
Entebbe which is already well know to be a very knit, supportive and
friendly community. With the event they expect to promote networking,
culture and heritage of West Nile as well as raise funds through
