O God,
What is going on the roads in Uganda where there are numerous accidents
every time where people die in such numbers?
Is the problem drivers who drive without license? Is it Drinking & Drving
behavior or Over Speeding?
What can the Ministry of Transport do to enforce better driver education?
Vehicle owners
What can we do as a community about these accidents?

Can we lauch public campaign on the Radio or TV stations to educate people
about public safety?
It's horrying to see people die in such numbers in road accidents.
