Dear all,

For those interested in the above subject, please have a look at the
following opportunity/ opportunities that might "speak" to you or anyone
you know.

I've tried to summarise below what this involves:

1. The Virtual University of Uganda - VUU - is advertising a new intake for
*International Development* studies - master level - starting in August
this year. Check this site http://www.virtualuni.ac.ug/ for more
information.

2. If you or someone you know has skills, time to spare, experience or the
ability to venture into teaching online in the fields of International
Development and Public Health, please have a look at the courses offered
and where your interests or those of the person who has interests may lie.
You can then conduct the appropriate people or send your CV for
consideration. Lecturers do not have to be in Uganda or Ugandans at all -
though there are indeed some Ugandans, some from the WN region - who are
already teaching courses in VUU.

It appears the following Courses for International Development "Culture,
Health and Development" and "Management and Leadership in Development" are
still open for sourcing lecturers. Others are filled up.

In Public Health the following courses are also sourcing lecturers: "Health
policy, Planning and Management" and "Leadership and "Management and
Leadership in Public Health".

Good luck,

Maandera
