Dear John, we have been struggling with this Miniester of kenya with the advocates in Nairobi on that issue, he even came back and caused more problems instead. We thought that good treatment he received could have changed his thinking but wapi!!. We thought he could even champion this cause to highlight some of these issues since he is now out of the post and could see things differently but it didnt work out. I think when you are obssessed with wrong things, it is difficult for you to think positively.
Remember the cost of treating him abroad could have saved many lives in Kenya if that was used to put the necessary infrastracture in place in kenya instead.
