I know many of you are aware while yet many of you may not be aware that Bishop
Joel and Can Joy Obetia will celebrate their Silver Jubilee in marruage on 28th
July 2012.
The CoC, chaired by Yikii Christopher Agatre is working very hard in Arua to
ensure that what is needed is secured.
A couple of days ago, a few of us met to see how we can raise some money to
support and be part of that function just as the Lord Bishops has been to
functions for which we have requested him to officiate here in Kampala. During
this meeting, I was asked to coordinate the fundraising campaign, which we hope
will enable us to raise some money towards the function.
It is with the aforesaid that I write to you, to seek your support in
this project within the remaining few days. You can send your contributions to
