Caleb,
I add my voice in thanking you for the stewardship.
Although some of us did not know our late Brother Capt. Leti
that well, I know he definitely meant a lot for the West community and the whole
country.
Indeed, we feel the pain of the family and we pray that God gives them the
courage to pass through this trying moment.
Sincere Condolences,
Atibuni Kefa

Subject: [WestNileNet] Late Captain William Leti (R.I.P)
Dear colleagues, the West Nile Foundation raised Ug. Shs 2,000,000/- (two
million cash) as its contribution towards issues pertaining our late Brother
Capt. Leti.
In its meeting of yesterday, members of the foundation resolved that their
contribution goes towards catering for third term school fees for Tracy,
Sheldon, Cynthia and Elizabeth. These are the orphans left by the deceased.
We are cognizant of the fact that UPDF undertook to pay school fees for the
orphans. However, we are aware of the bureaucracy in Government. We bought a
writhe and have written a Condolence letter. We partnered with Gaagaa
Enterprises Limited to transport Mourners and UPDF provided fuel for the bus.
Burial is tomorrow and some representatives of the Foundation are going to be
present at the burial. I would like to take this opportunity to thank the
Membership of the Foundation and Appeal to all of us to continue with the
virtue of Unity. May the Soul of the deceased Rest in Peace
Caleb Alaka
President West Nile Foundation
